This past weekend, Formula Drift circuit made their annual stop at Wall NJ "The Gauntlet". During Saturdays event HPI Racing held their final 8 drift challenge competition. 
The results are in and Lil Willie from Staten Island NY came home with the HPI TC-FD chassis.

ExCeed RC has released front and rear carbon damper stays for the Drift Stage D-like Re-R chassis. These damper stays offer multiple adjustments to the shock positions and are an upgrade to the original parts.

Max Speed Technology had such good success with their MST-01D kit, they have released a MS-01D Ready To Run Drift Package. The kit is an entry level car. It will come with everything but a battery to get you started in RC drifting.
The included electronics are: 2.4Ghz remote, receiver, Novatech ESC, 15T brushed motor, 0.16sec/60 degree servo and painted shell. The painted shells available are the BMW M3 GT, Nissan 350z Nismo, Mitsubishi Evo X, Nissan 370z, Subaru Imprezza WRC and Lamborghini

Driftsylvania Productions founder, Angel Garcia will be taking a break from hosting events and competitions and will focus on starting a new RC drift team. The team will be called "Quickstyle". The team will be part of the 1:1 drift team "Quickstyle". The Quickstyle team has drivers in the D1GP, D1SL, and XDC drift circuits. They are also an importer for real JDM auto parts.

Active Hobby has released a rear suspension link kit for the R31 based and GPX chassis. This suspension kit is ideal for camber movement and more rear traction.

Dragon Shell is a sub-division of Hobby Mall Japan(Makers of the Toyota Corolla KE70) and new to the RC scene. Their first release are delrin plastic  "Tooth Sharpener" spur gears. They are light weight, low friction and they will be available in 48 pitch and 64 pitch.
The available sizes are as follows:
48 Pitch - 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, and 92 tooth spur 

64 Pitch - 100, 102, 104, 106, 108, 110, 112, 114, 116, 118, 120, 122, 124 tooth spur

Welds-Overdose RC, a leading manufacturer in RC products has released a steering crank suitable for the Yokomo DRB and DIB chassis. Even tho it will be a shared part the steering will still feel quich and secure like before. t will come with spacers and shims to adjust the backlash. Release date has not been set yet.
